When applying for admission into Paynesville SDA High schools, parents of prospective students must note the basic requirements for various schools here. Some of them are as follows: a completed enrollment application form Special pedagogical reports (only if applicable) Student health certificate and vaccination records Copy of valid student's passport or ID Current school year students’ evaluation An Application Form Passport-Size Photo A valid passport, the ID of Parents or guardian Proof of address in Liberia A non-refundable application fee Students visa study permit (for all foreign students) copy of the child’s birth certificate testimonial from the last school attended the child’s last term report card, or transcript an Application and testing fee (non-refundable) Reference letter from the previous school The transfer letter from a previous school Transcripts for O/LEVEL or IGCSE results (high school applicants) Transfer form or School Leaving Certificate (high school applicants) A Proof of scholarship if available a clearance letter from the previous school a transfer letter from the previous school Proof of Residence in Liberia
